This Saturday we are working on how to handle “everyday crisis” through yoga.

We all experience it: job stress, conflicts with families and friends, distressing world events, personal attacks, betrayals and subsequent disappointments and depression… We cannot what happens to us or what happens in the world; the only thing we can control is how we are in the eye of the storm. Through a yoga set and meditation, we learn to be kind and caring to ourselves, so we can remain steadfast and true to ourselves in any given situations.
