This week we are going to work with breathing and easy movements to re-align our body.
We take breathing for granted, but I believe that it is one of the most powerful practices that we can do. We can do it anywhere and anytime. We won’t need any tools, and it won’t cost us a dime.
Breathing can calm our mind. It also affects things like our blood pressure and digestion. To breathe well is to live well.
We will be focusing on easy movement exercises that we can do at home to re-align our body. When our body is out of alignment, we are in pain. Then we start feeling out of sorts. In this class we will learn simple movements that we can do daily, which will make your body feel good and will lift your spirit.
Come and experience freedom in your movement. The core message of this class is always, “Learn to love what your body can do and what it cannot.” No special talent or tool is required. People of all body types, age groups, and abilities are invited to attend.
The class fee is a suggested donation of $10-15. As always, no one is turned away for lack of funds.
