The Lavender Room in the Main House at DragonflyHill Desert Farm & Wildlife Habitat

We had hoped to be opening up the Lavender Room to weekend and short term guests again but with the surge in the Delta variant of Covid-19, we’re hoping instead to find someone who is looking for a longer term lodging solution, ideally someone who works from home and like us, has minimal contact with the outside world until that time that this virus has been defeated. The Lavender room is a room in our house so our own safety is a priority. We are looking for someone(s) who share our sense of social responsibility especially during this pandemic.
Ideal for traveling workers,  writers, remote workers and snowbirds.  

Price includes utilities, internet and 2x a month housecleaning. 

The Lavender Room with shared or private bath is a room in The Main House at DragonflyHill Desert Farm and Wildlife Habitat. It is adjacent to the Main Hall, with 2 doors between the bedroom & the Main Hall and one door between the bedroom & the hall to the closest bathroom. The Lavender room has a queen sized bed, as well as a TV with Netflix/Roku, a private in room mini refrigerator, desk space, air conditioning or swamp cooling, depending on the season, and heating, free wifi & parking.
While there are no stairs required to access this room, the doorway & hall are very narrow and the bathroom is very small.

We are no longer listing on Airbnb though our over 600 reviews are still visible on our profile. Guests are now able to book with us via Houfy, and Furnished Finders.

There are no fees for booking on Houfy or Furnished Finders but we require a refundable security deposit from guests upfront which, in most cases, we return within 48 hours of check out.
