Rent by the hour or the day
Purple Barn Gallery and Performance Space: This large space is 400 square feet. It is ideal for photography shoots, dance, yoga, exhibitions, meetings, events and conferences.
Frida Room: This is a smaller room that can accommodate individuals looking for a quiet space to retreat, a small group meeting space or a room for therapy or other healing arts.
Phoenix Room: Named for the mythical beasts that are displayed in the room. It also provides equipment and space for coffee, tea and refreshments and a refrigerator, available to groups using the facilities.
DarkRoom/Bathroom: This is a fully accessible restroom, available to individuals or groups
using the space. It also doubles as a light tight, darkroom. (by arrangement)
Gazebo: 
Sit under the banana trees and grape vines, for meetings, relaxation, meditation, rehearsal space and healing. This space also doubles as a performance space, complete with curtains.
Studio Porch: Another location for hanging out, or possibly one more stage, for events,speakers or performances.
Gardens: See how our garden grows: stroll, sit, draw, paint, dance, roll, rehearse, pull weeds, harvest crops, plant, play.
Digital Lab: We anticipate having a fully functional digital lab available for day use in the very near future, including a retina display iMac and professional scanners and printers.
Virtual Office: Use our address for mail delivery and official business. Get discounts on use of our venue for your meetings and events.

daytime weekday rates: 25% off of regular rates
25% off rates for long term, multiple day contracts of 5 hours a week for a minimum of 4 weeks. (minimum 2 consecutive hours)
Use of Purple Barn Gallery: $25/hour $100 security deposit (includes use of the Phoenix Room and Restroom)
Frida Room: $25 / hour$100 security deposit (includes use of the Phoenix Room and Restroom)
Use of Purple Barn Gallery and Frida Room: $50/hr $100 security deposit (includes exclusive use of the Phoenix Room and Restroom.
Additional Breakout Space: Upon arrangement, additional breakout space may be available in the Museum House, as well as in the Gazebo or Patios.
Gazebo: $20/hr. $100 security deposit, use of restroom in museum house or studio (if studio isn’t being used for the exclusive use of another party)
Garden: by arrangement.
Coffee and Tea service and refrigerator access: $5 for up to 10 people. $1 for each additional person, per event.
Coffee, Tea and Refreshments from a local bakery or our kitchen: by arrangement.
Kitchen use in the museum house, also available by arrangement.
